Victoria Photo Sessions - SUMMER 2024

Thank you so much for expressing interest in booking a session with me! Please note that until you have submitted this form, you are not obligated to commit to a session. (In other words, our Instagram correspondence does not mean I’m holding you to it!)
Here’s how this works:

Please complete this form no later than Saturday, June 15th. After that date, your spot will no longer be held, and will be opened up to the next person on the waitlist.

Payment Requirements: A 50% deposit is required to secure your session. Please DO NOT send deposit payment until we have arranged a specific date and time, following your submission of this form. Once you have received that schedule confirmation from me, the deposit can be sent to sarah@perfectocreative.ca, and must be received by Saturday, June 22nd. Any deposits not received by this date will cause your reserved spot to be forfeited and offered to those on the waitlist.
Balance of payment is due on or before the day of your scheduled session. Cash or etransfer is accepted :)

Cancellation Policy: Any sessions cancelled before July 1st, are fully refundable, including the deposit. Any sessions cancelled after July 1st will not have their deposit refunded.

SESSION INFO

Family Session / 1 hr / 1 location / up to 6 people / minimum 75 photos delivered via online gallery / $400 + gst

Extended Family Session / 2 hr / 2 locations / any groups with more than 6 people / minimum 100 photos delivered via online gallery / $600 + gst

Maternity Session / 1 hr / 1 location / partners & siblings welcome / minimum 75 photos delivered via online gallery / $400 + gst

Newborn Session / 1.5 hrs / 1 location / parents & siblings welcome / minimum 75 photos delivered via online gallery / $400 + gst

Portrait/Head-shot Session / duration, location, fee, number of people and images varies. Please inquire for more details.

Product/Interiors/Architecture Session / duration, location, fee, number of images varies. Please inquire for more details.

Lifestyle/Branding Session / 1hr / 1 location / minimum 75 photos delivered via online gallery / $400 + gst
