Backyard BC is a tourism company offering discounted accommodation rates for British Columbia residents traveling within the province. For this project, we worked with a pre-existing wordmark but updated the colour palette and designed a new logo mark that paid homage to the original design in geometry, but emphasized the company's "go but stay" philosophy through a simple house/lodging form and subtle reference to BC's wilderness figuratively in residents' own backyard.
